Froggy Companies is a family-based business located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, doing technical consulting since 2000, with real estate focus since 2018. We are deliberately small, focused, and efficient. We have a nationwide network of partners and consultants allowing us to effectively maximize our reach to projects anywhere in the US, and sometimes overseas, while ensuring that we keep our team and processes as lean as possible. We currently support projects as close as our hometown to as far away as Denmark and places in between (such as Colorado and Michigan).
Working hard every day is our first rule. How we problem solve and react to challenging times and situations is how we are best defined and how we achieve optimal results.
We try to approach every problem as if it can be solved and maintain focus on solving it, rather than wasting time thinking about how difficult the solution might be.
Incompetence is a disease pervading our present society. Everywhere one looks there is obvious mediocrity in the way people cut corners, give bad customer service, overcharge for barely-acceptable work, and make excuses for unreliability or mistakes. While we all make mistakes, the Froggy Companies place a premium on being competent at delivering what we’re being paid to deliver.
We value honor in our business as it implies both honesty and integrity in dealing with our clients and partners as well as an adherence to higher standards. We do not believe that “it’s just business” is an excuse to be dishonorable when dealing with people at any level. No profit is worth the loss of honor or reputation.
We believe persistence is possibly the most important element in achieving consistent, successful outcomes. We value it so highly because it is one of the few elements of our work we completely control. As Calvin Coolidge said: “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.”
Innovation is something we embrace when it comes to tackling difficult problems. Beyond innovation, we value the creativity required to forge new paths to solutions for existing challenges. Creating new relationships to release unrealized synergy and applying existing or emerging technology in new ways to the real estate world are two ways we implement an X-Factor for ourselves and our clients.
